Avenue of the Saints Animal Hospital, Charles City Reviews
My dog need to be seen ASAP, and I called 10 min before closing. They got me in and didn’t show any sign of irritability for having to stay later to help. Very friendly staff and doctor.
The doctors and staff are wonderful!! We had a very sick dog and called in after hours. The doctors returned our calls with helpful advice to get us through the night and weekend. We scheduled a visit to have our dog checked out. Everyone was very thorough and caring at that appointment. The next day I received a follow up call from Dr. Neuberger, asking how our dog was doing. This is a wonderful pet clinic!
A very awesome and personable vet..she is great with my dogs…takes her time and explains:) Vet techs and office are great as well:)
Before Friday, none of our animals were clients of The Avenue of the Saints Animal Hospital Charles City. However, one of our farm cats got bit by another cat and was in need of medical attention. I called at 4:00, and they had me bring him in immediately. They handled him with care and took care of his needs! My husband and I are thankful of their responsiveness and being willing to take a new client at the last minute.
We have been going to this office for many years with great experiences every time. I love that we have a great veterinarian clinic in our small town!
When we moved here from Ames I had to find a new vet. Super happy I found this clinic. Everything was explained to me in terms I could understand. My Chloe isn’t scared to go in. That means a lot to me.
